David began his career in teaching before pursuing his passion for quality improvement in health and social care, earning an MBA specialising in healthcare delivery systems. He has served as CEO of AGPAL, Australia’s national accreditation body for general practice, and the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. His international experience includes consulting on major projects in the UAE and Bahrain and advising the Royal Medical Services. David has worked with the WHO, European Commission, and leading healthcare organisations on strategic planning and organisational reviews. Recently, he has focused on guiding start-ups to deliver sustainable, innovative medical solutions.
