Penny is the chief clinical information officer, deputy chief medical officer and consultant clinical oncologist at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire. An NHS consultant since 2010, she has advised organisations like the CQC, MHRA and NICE, and served as vice-chair of the Digital Health Networks CCIO Advisory Panel. She holds a doctorate in business, an MSc in public health, an MBA and a PGDip in digital health. Penny is also a tutor, lecturer, mentor, and author of Healthcare Innovation Success, with a strong focus on improving healthcare through innovation and digital integration.
