Andreea is a Romanian medical doctor with extensive experience in public and community health, having worked across Romania, Great Britain, the EU, and in international health projects. With three decades of service to communities and health systems, she is deeply committed to achieving quality healthcare through information governance and collaboration. She holds a PhD in Public Health from the University of London  and currently serves as a lecturer in public health at UMF Carol Davila, Faculty of Medicine, Romania.
