Dr Alexandra Harkins is a senior appraiser and medical leader with a background in General Practice. With a career spanning over two decades, Alex has served as responsible officer for a large NHS body, held appraiser roles for both NHS England and Public Health England and provided advisory expertise for the CQC. She has extensive experience in medical leadership, having been the primary care medical director at a private GP practice in London, and a distinguished academic, earning First Class Honours in Medical Sciences from Christ’s College, Cambridge, and completing her clinical training with distinction at St Mary’s Hospital.
